Praying Mantis are a rock band from the UK. They were formed in 1973 in London by brothers Tino Troy and Chris Troy.

After the release of their critically acclaimed album “Katharsis” in 2022 next year looks to be even better for these pioneers of NWOBHM and melodic rock.

Festival appearances during 2022 in Sweden, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium and Czech Republic have again raised the profile of this much loved band. With two new box sets of unrealised material due out in 2023 Praying Mantis will be looking forward to another series of high profile shows.
